東海国立大学機構が保有する研究設備・機器のうち、「東海国立大学機構設備・機器管理データベース」に登録された研究設備・機器を基に、東海国立大学機構イノベーションコアファシリティステーション及び機構内の各大学が連携して、その検索、利用及び利用料の算定等について支援を行う。

このシステムは、東海国立大学機構が保有する研究設備・機器の機構内外の共同利用を促進して設備の有効利用を図ることを目的とする。
現在、各部局または各大学において設備・機器の共用への取り組みが進められているところであるが、東海国立大学機構の設立に伴い、各大学という枠を超えて機構の全ての研究者に開かれた研究環境としてのコアファシリティの確立が求められている。そのため、機構として共用可能な設備・機器のリストアップ、統一的な利用に関するシステムの作成、利用料の算定基準等の簡素化を図るなど、機構としての設備・機器共用体制を早急に確立する必要がある。

Introduction
Tokai National Higher Education and Research System Equipment Sharing System
Based on the research facilities and equipment which are registered in “the Tokai National Higher Education and Research System Facilities and Equipment Management Database”, out of the research facilities and equipment held by Tokai National Higher Education and Research System, Nagoya University’s Aggregate Sharing Facilities and Technical Center of Nagoya University Equipment Sharing Promotion Office that hold and maintain the registered research facilities and equipment will cooperate and support their searching, use and the calculation of use charges etc.

This system aims to promote the common use of research facilities and equipment held by Tokai National Higher Education and Research System both inside and outside the University, and to effectively use the facilities.

Necessity
Currently, the handling of the sharing of facilities and equipment for each department is being carried out, but the effective utilization of the whole University’s facilities and equipment is stagnant. Further, the burden on the researchers, technical staff who are in charge of maintaining facilities and equipment or administrative work division which executes the procedure has been increasing.
Due to the above, prompt responses are required for the listing of facilities and equipment shareable by the University, the creation of a system for unified use and aiming to simplify the calculation standard of use charges etc.

Becoming the reception point for various requests to use facilities and equipment from inside and outside the University.

Establishing a sharing system and management database of facilities and equipment, and receiving for free a reservation system from the cooperative research facilities’ network with the test operation executing universities, and utilizing it for system development
